Smith-Consulting originated from Smith Telecommunication Services founded in 1996 with a focus on the Telecommunications Industry.
Clients included several small companies in Germany as well as the first large corporation DEBITEL.
In 1998, Smith Telecommunication Services provided support to the FIRST-UNION-NATIONAL-BANK across the US for two years. In 2000 Smith-Consulting was established and expanded business operations in Europe.
In 2014 restart of the transatlantic activity with NOVARTIS.

Dr. Michael Smith has German and American roots and ius fluent in English as well as German. This has allowed Mr. Smith to operate in the US and in Europe. Since 2000, Mr. Smith has done freelance and contract work for dozens of projects, in various areas. Different magnitude, roles and mandates so he has developed along the way too. As the main driver of any given projects, from inception, to design, coordination and delivery of projects, Mr. Smith has proven to be a successful partner, worker and leader.
While consulting, Mr. Smith continued his academic advancement which opened his expertise and support to lead and implement project and portfolio management offices. He has not only acted as counselor and confidant but as a proficient trainer and coach.
I am Michael Smith of Smith-Consulting 2020 and ready to support you, your goals and your success. They key to that success is to understand the needs of all stakeholders involved in the project, steering and motivating c-levels, associates and vendors.
